Through Step Up To Greatness, we support young people to gain new skills, build their confidence, access opportunities, and reach their potential. We do this by working with nonprofit partners, using the power of our brand, raising funds and awareness, and volunteering our time.

Step Up Skills Matter​ For Young People

There is a growing skills gap holding young people back all over the world*. Grounded in data and working closely with our nonprofit partners, we focus on supporting young people to gain the 21st Century Step Up Skills they need for the future that’s coming. These skills; including creativity, communication, innovation, collaboration, and adaptability, are not only fundamental to our Crocs DNA, they’re critical for young people to write their own story and grow in life, education, work and beyond.​ 

Jibbitz™ For Good

Jibbitz™ for Good invites you to personalize your style with purpose. For each pack, we work with a nonprofit to create special, limited-edition Jibbitz™ charm designs inspired by the organization’s impact, so you can express your unique style while also doing some good. Our goal is to support 3 million young people to gain the step-up skills they need to build confidence, access opportunities, unlock their potential and be a positive force in their communities. Upping Innovation and Entrepreneurship Around the World with UPSHIFT

UNICEF’s UPSHIFT initiative equips young people with 21st -century skills to tackle societal challenges through innovation and entrepreneurship. Through this global partnership, we are supporting UPSHIFT to reach more young people around the world, helping them STEP UP TO GREATNESS and gain the skills to become the next generation of innovators and change makers in their communities. 

Mentorship With Big Brothers Big Sisters  

Big Brothers Big Sisters is the largest and most experienced youth mentoring organization in the United States, serving more than 5,000 communities across 50 states. We’re proud to support them in empowering young people with mentoring relationships, skills training, and access to new career opportunities, ultimately helping plan for their future and unlock their potential as catalysts for change. 

Stepping Up When People Need It Most 

Year-round we provide discounts to teachers, first responders and healthcare workers – the people who are supporting communities in need every day. Crocs also has a proud history of donating shoes when and where they are needed most to help people get back on their feet. Prioritizing communities where we live and work, we have made financial and in-kind donations in the wake of crises, such as impacts following the floods in Texas and wildfires in California in 2025.
